It is a bungalow with three bedrooms.

It has a long driveway and an area for reversing and turning the car.

There is a good sized back garden that is fully enclosed.

There is a large front garden that can also be enclosed.

It has oil-fired central heating and plastic double-glazed windows.

The lounge is spacious and looks out towards the Coleraine Road.
This is the road leading directly to The Promenade

        The kitchen has modern units and is to the rear. It opens out into a sun porch/utility room

Residential area on the main approach to the town.

At the centre of the holiday atmosphere; but quiet!

800 yards from the Strand Beach and Golf Links.

800 yards from The Promenade.

600 yards from a Tesco Supermarket

Bus stop adjacent.

Quick unbusy road access to Portrush & Coleraine.

 

Bathroom and Toilet.

The bathroom is partly tiled and it has a bath, corner shower, toilet and wash basin

There is also a separate toilet.

 

Bedrooms.

All three of the bedrooms are large. The front room has a double bed. The middle bedroom has  two single beds. The back bedroom has a double and single bed. Two double and three single continental quilts are provided as well as pillows.

 

Things left available in the house.

The kitchen is well equipped for seven people, and includes an electric cooker,
combi microwave-grill, fridge-freezer and electric kettle.

The sun porch/utility room has an electric washing machine.

                A vacuum cleaner, and an electric iron and board, are left in the hot press.

Junior Stars in your eyes

(July / August)
Singing competition with heats taking place in Portrush and Portstewart throughout the summer season. An opportunity for children to showcase their wonderful singing talent. A hugely popular event for both Borough residents and those visiting the area.
 

Northern Ireland Open

Amateur Golf Championship staged at the Royal Portush Golf Club attracting Golfers from around the World.

 

Summer Entertainment Night

A free live concert, children's entertainment and a spectacular firework display held at  Portrush.

 

New Horizons

A week of Christian teaching, worship and fellowship for all ages held at the University of Ulster, Coleraine.

 

Fern Festival

A week of entertainment based at Christie Park, Coleraine - activities include a fancy dress, a magic show, and pony rides.

 

Red Sails

A week long community festival with music, competitions, street theatre and fireworks held in Portstewart.

 

NI Milk Cup

North West Pipe Band Championship

Thousands of spectators flock to the seaside town of Portrush to watch over fifty bands compete followed by a parade through the resort.


Summer Entertainment Night

A free live concert, children's entertainment and a huge fireworks display held in Portrush.

 

Mini Weekend

A celebration of the iconic Mini; hundreds of owners of the infamous new and old Minis gather in Portrush for a 'Mini Mission' and bizarre parade through the town. The 50th Anniversary of the Mini.
